When it comes to creating and developing a project, we pride ourselves on completing an in-depth market, cost benefit and life cycle costing analysis, identifying desirable locations, and building strong relationships with municipal, provincial, state, and federal agencies and key stakeholders. We know the work we do up front pays big dividends as we move through the project cycle.
Regulatory & Permitting
We work in close consultation with all levels of government and key stakeholders in our site selection. This mutual relationship continues through building the site and operation of our facilities. We have a team of internal experts who work diligently to avoid and minimize impacts to the environment and wildlife. Well in advance of any construction, we conduct thorough studies and communicate regularly with all agencies and local communities.

Our Team has deep experience and relationships across the broad financial spectrum, with proven capabilities in securing financing for unique and complex projects.
Engineering and Construction
Throughout the engineering and construction phase, it all comes down to execution. We have a flexible approach to construction that is fit-for-purpose and customized for each project. We proactively manage our projects and contractors in a way that allows us to focus equally on safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
